Graphic Templates

We use SU's PowerPoint and Word templates. You install them yourself on your computer.

How to download and install SU's templates

Create Your Own Graphic Material

In the production tool, all employees can create their own products, such as business cards, posters, and certificates.

To the production tool

You send to print with the procured supplier directly via the tool.

If you have questions about graphic guidelines, contact the communicator.

SU's Graphic Guidelines

Here is SU's graphic manual on the Employee Web

For questions and support, please contact the communicator at the department.

Press

The press department at SU's central communications department is the first contact for questions from journalists and media. The head of department is responsible for contact between media and researchers at the department.

If you as a researcher need support with producing press material about your research, contact the communicator.

Profile Pages

Profile pages are an important channel for researchers to showcase their work on the web. Basic information is retrieved from the staff directory SUKAT for each profile page, and you can add your own portrait photo, presentation texts, publication list from DiVA, as well as links and files. Profile pages are also an important part of the Research Catalogue.

The information shown on the profile page should be linked to your position at Stockholm University. There is a Swedish and an English profile page with a link on the page to the other language.

You edit your own web page in the publishing system Sitevision. If you need help with this, contact Ulrica Nordström.

Event Communication

At the Department, we communicate research and education events in several ways, including through the calendar on the department's website and SU's central web.

There is also the opportunity to make posters, invitations, and digital advertising for various events on social media. Contact the communicator for help with this.

Marketing

We market our education programs through:

  • Providing information materials to upper secondary schools
  • Trade fairs
  • Digital visibility on social media

This is done in collaboration between study counselors and the communicator.
