About the Ladok system and user permissions
You can read more about the Ladok system, its functions and how to use them, what data is in the database, and how to extract statistics at Study documentation.
To be able to work as a PhD administrator in Ladok, you need to have user permissons in the system. You can get the permissions by attending both our mandatory training courses ‘Ladok Basic Training’ ("Ladok Grundutbildning") and ‘Ladok PhD Administration’ ("Ladok Doktorandadministration"). You can find our upcoming training courses in system use and information about registration at the Training schedule for Ladok courses (VPN connection required).
Credit transfer
Doctoral students have the opportunity to transfer credits for previous studies from other higher education programmes or other levels of education (studied at Swedish or foreign universities) or to transfer credits for professional experience (recognition of prior learning). For information on credit transfer within the doctoral studies, see Credit transfer (in Swedish).
