Communication Templates
Here you will find information about our graphic templates and how to access them. We offer several templates to support various graphic productions to strengthen our visual identity.
You can choose to work in our web-based production tool or directly in our different publishing tools.
Production tool
The production tool is a web-based tool that makes it quick and easy to follow the university’s visual identity when producing printed materials.
All employees have access to the tool, and no prior knowledge is required – all you need is a computer and internet connection.
InDesign Templates
In the Media Bank, there are InDesign templates for the following productions:
- Operational plan
- Education sheet
- Report template S5 + A4
- Licentiate thesis cover
For external suppliers and those who need more flexibility, InDesign templates are available for more advanced printed materials.

Office package
We recommend updating the templates once a year to ensure you are using the latest version.
Our profiled diagram templates can be accessed from the entire Office package.

Email signature
Employees at Stockholm University should use the email signature format below, always without the logo. For co-branding, use text under the email signature.
Copy the template into your email programme and change your details and formatting.

Social media
There are two different templates:
- A general template with two colour themes: dark blue and sky blue
- A separate template used only for student recruitment.
You can choose between formats 1:1, 4:5, 9:16.

Information screens
The template for images published on information screens is available in three variants:
- Basic template
- External advertiser
- Important notice
Images are produced in pixel format and adapted to the respective screen resolution.
Templates for information screens
Newsletters
The email tool is used for internal or external email distributions, such as newsletters. Our templates make it easy to create a cohesive visual identity with a clear sender.
Stockholm University's basic newsletter template
Events
The event tool allows you to create a mini-site with information, registration, evaluation, and participant management for an event. All with the same visual identity.
Film and moving image
For film and moving image production, there is a toolbox of templates that strengthen SU’s visual identity.
We have templates for:
