Stockholm University's promotional products are items that bear our logo or are otherwise used to profile the university.
Promotional products are a tool in our communication, which, when used correctly, help convey a visually cohesive image of Stockholm University and increase internal cohesion.

We build ONE brand
All operations within the organisation can be communicated and highlighted, but to be clear to our external audience, we show that we are part of Stockholm University instead of developing parallel brands. Only the overarching brand, Stockholm University, is treated as a brand.

Restrictions
- Units are not allowed to create and communicate their own logos on promotional products.
- The abbreviation SU is only communicated on promotional products in conjunction with the domain name su.se.
Environment and sustainability
Stockholm University actively works with the environment and sustainable development, reflecting our choices regarding promotional products.
We strive to purchase products and materials that consume few resources and energy throughout their lifecycle and have minimal environmental impact. The materials we choose should be recyclable.
Where to buy promotional products
The contract for promotional products and gift items expired on 2 February 2024. The Communications Department is actively working on a new procurement and contract with a new supplier. For questions related to the procurement, contact visuellidentitet@su.se.
In the meantime, the university will offer a limited remaining stock of promotional products and gift items. In collaboration with the Communications Department, the Property Management Department has developed a temporary routine for selling the existing stock of promotional products. Sales will continue until the stock is depleted.
For sales to employees
A list of a limited number of promotional products for sale is available on the SU shop's website.
Orders via the university's e-commerce system – Raindance – are not possible until a new supplier is procured.
For sales on campus
Private individuals can purchase promotional products with a payment card at one of the university's service centres in Frescati or Albano, as well as at the Info Centre in Studenthuset, Frescati.
Create your own promotional products
Note: Currently, you cannot create your own promotional products as the contract with our supplier has expired.
When a new supplier is in place, it is acceptable to create a new product or a product with your own design. Creativity and innovation are encouraged! Always follow the graphic guidelines.
