SU Webshop

The university has a new webshop that has been built together with the university's new supplier of promotional products - Voky AB. Below you can see how to proceed when you want to order products in the shop. In the next section of this page, you can also read how to create your own promotional products.

About SU Webshop

Creating your own promotional products

You are allowed to create a new product or a product with your own design. Creativity and innovation are encouraged, but you must follow the graphic guidelines. All promotional products must be ordered via a contracted supplier.

Step-by-step guide to creating promotional products:

  1. Read through Stockholm University's promotional products guidelines.
  2. Contact the supplier of promotional products. They will assist with advice, product suggestions, and quotes. Discuss your idea with the supplier to check if a similar product is already in production. This reduces the risk of producing several similar products simultaneously. They can also help with product selection and target group adaptation.
  3. Place an order in Raindance and attach the quote from the supplier. (If it is urgent to receive the products, it may be useful to speed up the authorisation after the order is placed in Raindance).

Note that the supplier only stocks products in the basic range. If you independently create a product, you are responsible for purchasing and distributing the entire order.
