Återbruksportalen is the University’s reuse portal. Here, departments and offices can pass on and find furniture and equipment instead of buying new. The portal must not be used for private items.

Pass on furniture

When you have furniture or equipment that is no longer needed, you can choose between two options:

Advertise in Återbruksportalen and keep the furniture at your department or office until someone wishes to take it over.
Send the furniture to Centrallagret for reuse if you prefer not to advertise yourself. In that case, contact Teknikergruppen for assistance with handling and transport.

Collect furniture

The ad shows where the furniture can be picked up.

If the furniture is located at an institution or department, you and they can agree on how to handle the transport.
If it’s at the central warehouse, you can either pick it up yourself or arrange for transport assistance.

Rules and guidelines

All University staff can use the reuse portal.
The portal may only be used for the University’s furniture and equipment – not for private items.
