Property issues
The service portal is used to co-ordinate issues relating to University premises, such as cleaning, fire, locks and alarms, and to liaise with property owners.
Report premises issues, inform or submit requests for changes in the need for premises to the Property Management Office via Serviceportalen/Lokal och fastighet.
Locks, keys and access cards
Authorised customers can use the service portal (serviceportalen) to order: keys, access cards, door codes, opening hours, lock cylinders, entry phones, alarms. The Property Management Office is responsible for the operation and maintenance of locks, card readers and access control systems.
Emergency problems
For urgent problems with locks, keys or access card systems during evenings or weekends, please contact Campus Security on 08-16 42 00.
Ordering keys and access cards
Authorised staff can order keys, access cards, door codes, opening hours, lock cylinders, entry phones and alarms via the Service Portal.
NOTE: Changes to opening hours and card reader settings must be notified/ordered at least 3 days before they are to take effect.
Authorization to order/collect keys and access cards
Heads of department, administrative managers and SUKAT managers can authorise their staff to order keys and access cards for their respective departments. It is not necessary to create a case in the Service Portal. This is to make it easier for institutions and departments to manage/control which people have authorisation, or to remove authorisation from those who no longer need it.
The easiest way to do this is to go to: kontohantering.su.se – Find the person to be given authorisation in the SEARCH field - Go to System rights - Keys and access cards - Edit - Select Order or Download and then the associated institution - Save by clicking the 'Assign' button.
Please note! This procedure applies to new people requiring authorisation, or if authorisation is to be removed. All people with existing authorisations are already in the system.

Property projects
The University's premises must meet the short- and long-term needs of the organisation, and be balanced with economic conditions. It's about having the right premises at the right cost. We want to use existing premises more efficiently and reduce empty or unutilised space.
Premises management
To report premises issues or submit requests for changes in the need for premises, the university's departments, please notify the Property Management Office via Serviceportalen/Lokal och fastighet.
Reporting faults
All faults or damage to University premises should be reported directly to the Property Management Office via Serviceportalen/Felanmälan Fastighetsavdelningen.
