Seminar series for employees
Stockholm University wants to create a safe and inspiring environment in which to work and study through its work environment and equal opportunities work.
There are many factors that influence how we feel at work, both organisational and social. Balancing the needs of the organisation with the individual circumstances of employees requires knowledge and expertise on the part of both managers and employees.
Preventive work is an important issue, and during the spring and autumn of 2026, all employees at Stockholm University will be offered several seminars based in part on the various sub-goals in the Goals for work environment and equal terms 2025–2026.
