Staff parking
Staff with a valid parking permit pay the staff parking fee at Campus Frescati and Campus Albano. The parking permit is digital and managed via the SmartPark app.
Fees and validity
Current prices are shown in the SmartPark app.
The fee applies per day (24 hours). The staff rate applies every day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
If you start a parking session and move between Campus Frescati and Campus Albano on the same day, the parking remains valid.
Ordering parking permits
Only the following roles can order parking permits:
- Head of Department
- Administrative Manager
- Office Manager
- Person responsible for access cards and keys at the department or unit.
Parking permits are ordered via the Service Portal. The person placing the order will receive a code, which may only be shared with staff members who need a parking permit.
Buying a parking permit using a code
The parking permit is digital and managed via the SmartPark app. There is no physical permit or sticker for the vehicle.
The digital parking permit is linked to the vehicle’s registration number and is checked digitally.
How to do it:
- Open the SmartPark app.
- Select the parking permit you want to purchase.
- Enter the vehicle registration number.
- Enter the code and click Continue.
- Done – your parking permit is now activated.
Each time you park, you need to start the parking session in the app by selecting the parking zone and time.
Heated parking garages
Heated parking garages are available at both Campus Frescati and Campus Albano and may be used by all staff with a valid parking permit.

- Campus Frescati: NPQ garage, entrance via Svante Arrhenius väg 20E
- Campus Albano: Albano garage, entrance via Greta Arwidssons väg 18
Bicycle parking
You can park your bicycle in cycle shelters and garages on campus.
Paid bicycle parking is available at
- Campus Frescati – cycle shelter at the South car park
- Campus Albano – Albano garage.
You can book bicycle parking as a subscription via the SmartPark app.
