Digital Training in Preventive Management of Threats and Violence.
The aim of this course is to contribute to a safer and more secure work environment for all employees at Stockholm University. The training provides fundamental knowledge on how to prevent and manage threatening situations in the workplace. The content is grounded in current research and expert insights from the fields of security and psychology.
Target audience: All employees at Stockholm University.
Format: Web-based course featuring videos, interviews, expert commentary, interactive scenarios, and knowledge tests.
Course topics include:
- Responding to distressed or threatening individuals – in person, over the phone, or via digital channels
- Risk factors, preparedness, and strategies to reduce the likelihood of threats and violence
- Collaboration, procedures, and continued workplace engagement on safety issues
Implementation: The course is conducted online and can be completed individually at a time that suits you.
