Legal

The Division for Legal Affairs at the Office of the President provides legal support to the entire University on matters related to all areas of law relevant to its operations, except for labour law, where no support is provided, and procurement law, where support is limited to providing legal support to the Section for Purchases and Public procurement.

We also provide in-house training to the staff in areas such as the principle of public access to information, administrative law and GDPR. The Division for Legal Affairs coordinates the University's handling of disciplinary matters concerning students and represents the University before the courts and other law enforcement authorities. The University's data protection officer can also be found here.
