The e-meeting service provides an easy-to-use tool for organising online meetings wherever you are. It can be used for large lectures, small seminars, tutorials, workshops and group work.
Target group
Staff members and students at Stockholm University.
The service includes
- Client for Windows, OSX, Linux, Android, iOS
- Plug-in for Outlook
- Audio and video conferencing for up to 500 participants
- Split into smaller groups and assign breakout rooms
- Screen sharing
- File sharing (5GB for employees only)
- Recording (maximum 40 minutes for students)
- Chat with presence indicator

Important information about the service
Peripherals
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that any necessary peripherals such as microphone, camera, headphones/speakers, etc. are in place and working.
Storage
Regularly save your material to your own computer/home directory as storage space on the Zoom service is limited.
