Human Resources Office

The Human Resources Office is responsible for managing, coordinating and developing issues relating to the University as an employer. The office provides advice and support to the university's managers and leadership in employer issues.

General mission

As a manager, you can turn to the Human Resources Office for advice and support on issues such as employment conditions and benefits, working environment and equal opportunities, management and leadership issues, negotiations, competence development, salary and conditions issues, organisational changes, rehabilitation and recruitment.

Areas of responsibility

The Human Resources Office is tasked with providing specialised expertise in matters relating to

  • work environment and equal opportunities
  • labour law
  • management and leadership development
  • salary formation
  • salary administration processes and salary payments
  • personnel administration processes
  • recruitment support
  • travel policy and related issues
  • cooperation with trade union organisations
  • signing of local collective agreements
  • development and delivery of University-wide HR policies, supporting processes and systems.
