PMN Caecilia, TheSans and Sabon are the fonts used in our external communication. The choice of font and their usage vary depending on whether you are communicating in print or digitally.

Follow the font table to choose the right font for headlines, body text, and fact boxes in your printed materials and digital communication. The Sabon font is not used on digital screens.

For everyday communication with tools such as Outlook and the Office suite, we use Calibri and Times New Roman for practical reasons, as these fonts are pre-installed on most computers.

Licences

The university has centrally purchased a number of licences for staff at Stockholm University who have continuous needs for our fonts. To access a licence, contact visuellidentitet@su.se.

When using our visual identity tools, you do not need to install the fonts as they are embedded in the templates.
