How we work with work environment and equal terms issues
Stockholm University shall be characterised by a safe, stimulating and sustainable working environment. All employees and students shall be treated equally and in a respectful manner. A good and sustainable work environment requires that we all actively participate and together create an inclusive organisation that benefits us all.
Equal opportunities is a collective term for promoting equal rights and opportunities for all employees and students regardless of gender, gender identity or gender expression, ethnicity, religion or other belief, disability, sexual orientation or age.
Stockholm University shall offer good conditions and opportunities for employees and students. All students shall be offered a creative study and research environment, and all employees good working conditions. The work and study environment shall utilise the resources that staff and students with different backgrounds, life situations and skills bring to the university. Everyone must treat each other with respect, and Stockholm University has zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment and victimisation.
