Before you first day

Before your first day at Stockholm University, you are advised to register your salary account and submit your A-tax certificate. This will help ensure that you receive your first salary without delay.

Register your bank account with Danske Bank

This applies even if you are already a Danske Bank customer or currently receive your salary via Danske Bank from another employer.

Summary of terms of employment

Here you will find a summary of your terms of employment in the brochure “You and Your Workplace.”

Submit your A-tax certificate

As new employee, you must email your A-tax certificate to the HR officer or head of your department/office. You can obtain your A-tax certificate yourself from the Swedish Tax Agency’s website.
