Salary payments

Your salary is paid on the 25th of each month, except on certain days. If the 25th falls on a Saturday, you will be paid on Friday the 24th, and if it is a Sunday, you will be paid on Monday the 26th.

In December, salaries are always paid before Christmas Eve.

Salary is paid via Danske Bank

Stockholm University uses Danske Bank to process salary payments. This means that all salary payments go from them to your regular bank account.

New employee

Send in your tax slip

If you are a new employee, you must send your tax slip to the Human Resources Office. If you do not submit a tax slip, 10 % extra tax will be deducted. You can order an A tax slip from the Swedish Tax Agency. You must check your payslip every month in Primula under My Pages.

Register your bank account with Danske Bank

When you start to work with us, it is important that you register your bank account with Danske Bank via the link in Primula using BankID or e-identification.

You will receive the customer number requested by Danske Bank from your department/office. If Danske Bank does not have your bank account details, the salary will be paid via a payment card. When you register, make sure that your address details are correct under My Pages.
