Salary payments

Your salary is paid on the 25th of each month, except on certain days. If the 25th falls on a Saturday, you will be paid on Friday the 24th, and if it is a Sunday, you will be paid on Monday the 26th.

In December, salaries are always paid before Christmas Eve.

Primula

Primula is the personnel administration system used at Stockholm University. Here you can see your pay slip, among other things.

Salary is paid via Danske Bank

Stockholm University uses Danske Bank to process salary payments. This means that all salary payments go from them to your regular bank account.

New employee

Send in your tax slip

If you are a new employee, you must email your A-tax certificate to the personnel administrator/manager at your department/office. You can download your A-tax certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.

If you do not submit a tax slip, an additional 10 % tax will be deducted. You must review your payslip every month in Primula under My Pages.

Register your bank account via Danske Bank's payroll service (lönetjänst)

When you start working with us, it is important that you register your bank account via Danske Bank's payroll service https://danskebank.se/lonetjanst. Register as a new payee and enter customer number: 79200

If you do not have BankID, contact your institution/office.
If Danske Bank does not have your bank account details when processing your salary, your salary will be paid via a payment slip posted to the address registered for you in Primula.
