Central and local agreements
Collective agreements are written agreements between employers and employee organisations governing employment conditions in the workplace, such as salaries and other terms of employment. A collective agreement may apply to groups of employees, a workplace or an entire occupational sector.
Information about general employment agreements at Stockholm University. The central agreements apply to most people employed by the Swedish government. The local agreements are signed by representatives of the university to ensure that the agreements are adapted to the university's activities.
