Mail Handling/Franking

You will find the mail room with our post boxes on the second floor.
There is also a cabinet where all incoming parcels are placed.

From December 22nd 2025 the departments in Geohuset will take help from GODS with stamping the outgoing mail.

A new place where to put the outgoing mail is arranged directly to the right on the cupboard when you enter the ‘Vaktmästeriet’. There You will find boxes with the names of each department respectively. You put the unstamped mail in the right box. GODS will then pick it up, take care of the stamping and send it away.
