Communication
Information on internal and external communication, such as printed materials, branded merchandise, and press releases.
Document templates (e.g. Office package)
SU offers several templates.
Monday Meetings
Every other Monday we meet in the kitchen on the 4th floor to go through important points and news related to the department and us as staff.
An email from the Head of Department or the Administrative Manager is usually sent the day before as a reminder. If you happen to miss the meeting, you can always read the meeting notes that are posted afterwards.
Press release
Do you have interesting research results that may be of interest to the media? Please contact the press office well in advance and write a few lines about what the research is about and why it is interesting. They will then assess whether the results are suitable for a press release.

Printed Materials & Promotional Products
Are you producing a poster or a brochure?
Remember to follow SU’s visual identity guidelines when producing both digital and printed materials.
Under Visual Identity, you can read about the rules for using the logo, fonts, colour palette, graphic elements, and other visual expressions.
With the production tool, anyone can create printed materials that comply with SU’s visual identity guidelines without needing any special prior knowledge.
Do you need to send your material to a printer? Check the contract catalogue under “Printing Services.”
If you need help with promotional products please contact Inês Jakobsson.
Profile pages
All staff at the university have their own profile page on the website. Basic information is retrieved from the staff directory SUKAT, but you are responsible for adding your portrait, biography, publication list from DiVA, as well as links and files. Remember that any information added to your profile page must be related to your position at Stockholm University.
The profile pages’ web addresses follow the pattern “su.se/profiles/username university account”.
Profile pages are an important part of the Research Catalogue and act as your public-facing profile.
Read more about how to add information to your profile page.

Social media
IGV has:
- one Youtube kanal and
- one Instagram account.
Several of us work together to manage the content on our social media channels. If you have any photos or videos that showcase our activities, education, or research, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with Inês Jakobsson.
