Poster Printing
Do you want to print your poster?
The department has a large plotter that can print posters up to A0 size. If you would like us to print your poster, please take a look at our guidelines.
Once you are ready to print your poster, contact us and we will help you print it. Björn Eriksson or Inês Jakobsson
Printers/Copiers
All printers have a platform system installed that’s linked to your personal account.
You can use your access card (or any other card) at any printer to print, copy, or scan.
To register your card, you’ll need an UNIFLOW code. You'll find instructions how to do it here.
Printer issues should also be reported through the Serviceportalen.
If you have any questions, please contact Björn Eriksson.
Printer paper is available in the corridor on 3th floor, in a white cabinet outside R338.
Projectors and E-Meetings
Projectors are available in all of IGV's teaching rooms. William-Olsson lecture hall and Y11 are also equipped with conference facilities. In U27, U28, and William-Olsson, in addition to projectors, there are large-screen TVs. Meeting rooms Baltica (S2...) and Arctica (T230) have large-screen TVs as well as conference equipment for remote meetings. A few mobile Logitech conference systems are also available; subject to availability, these are located in Baltica.
If you have any questions please contact Björn Eriksson.
Remote access (VPN)
VPN is a service that allows you to connect to the university’s network remotely. With VPN you can access the same functionality (files and programmes) of your workplace from anywhere in the world.
Telephone
If you need a telephone please contact Björn Eriksson
Video Service
All SU employees can use our video service via their SU-account to record videos or upload existing ones. The service is fully integrated with Athena (click the button at the top left under Support), making it easy for teachers to add videos directly to course pages.
Recording Video Lectures
You can use the video publishing tool to record and upload videos. Videos can be shared via links or published on the Athena learning platform.
Please go to https://video.su.se to learn how to:
- Upload a video
- Choose whether it should be publicly accessible or restricted to those with the link
- Publish it in a channel so only logged-in SU students can view it
Wireless Network
At Stockholm University, there are two wireless networks: “Eduroam” (recommended) and “SU”
You can read more about and how to connect to Eduroam.
Please note that the process may vary depending on your device type (computer, mobile, tablet) and operating system.
