Track your parcel
You can track the current location of your parcel via the PostNord website.
Sending parcels and registered letters
To send parcels or registered letters, you must use PostNord’s portal to print shipping documents.
Access to PostNord’s portal is ordered via the Service Portal. Only authorised requesters – the Head of Department, Administrative Manager or equivalent – can place the order.
The user is linked to the department’s customer number with PostNord. This means that invoices are sent directly to the department.

If you are sending a large number of letters or large parcels, please notify Godsmottagningen via Serviceportalen no later than 2.00 pm on the same day.
Franking service
All departments and units can use the University’s franking service. The service ensures correct postage and efficient mail handling.
How the service works
- Unfranked mail is collected daily by goods receiving at 3.00 pm.
- The mail is franked using the University’s franking machine.
- The cost is charged monthly in accordance with PostNord’s price list, with no additional mark-up from the University.
