Computer glasses (terminal glasses):

Employees Profile Pages on the SU website:
Employees at Stockholm University have their own profile on the university's website. Each profile page contains basic information from the staff directory SUKAT. Other information – such as profile image, text, and publication list from DiVA, as well as links and files – you add to the page yourself.
The web address of each profile page uses the format "www.su.se/profiles/userfirstnameinitial/accountusername".
The profile pages are among the most visited type of pages on the website, and are an important part of the university's Research Catalogue.

Examination:
- Hall exams are ordered via the education administration at the Examination Service. Orders are made by semester at a specific deadline that is announced via the study administration. When ordering by term, at least 3 desired occasions are stated. When ordering after the deadline, at least 5 desired times are specified. For courses given during the day, the examination must also take place during the day.
- Paper exams: The Examination Service is responsible for printing and distributing exam questions. Exam questions are submitted by the study administration and must be received by the Examination Service no later than five working days before the exam, unless special deadlines apply.

Fault report for premises:
- Faults or damages to our common areas, offices and equipment (e.g. the Printomat) should be reported via the Service Portal. Add your case in the Service Portal under the right heading:

- Lecture rooms. If you experience problems with the AV technology in the lecture rooms, please contact the AV technician Bengt Näsman, via telephone 08-91 19 13 or email bengt.nasman@su.se.

Flexitime:
If you are employed as a TA staff member, you have the possibility of some flexible working hours. You can find information on flexible working hours on SU´s Staff pages: Flexible working hours, overtime and extra hours
Guest researchers/interns:
If you plan to invite a visiting researcher or trainee to the department, you need to fill in the form ‘Request guest visit’ available at X:\Personal information\Templates.
The form is required for us to start various administrative preparations for the guest, such as room placement, access cards, etc.
The completed form should be sent to prefekt.publichealth@su.se and asa.jernewall@su.se
Health and wellness:
Health care
Work-related injuries or illnesses can be treated directly through our occupational health service Avonova, which has its clinic at Klarabergsviadukten 90C (T-Centralen metro station). As an employee, you can book an appointment yourself – without your manager’s approval – for a doctor’s consultation, a session with a therapist (or equivalent), or treatment by a physiotherapist, up to three times per year.

You receive compensation for the costs of medicines that are covered by high-cost protection by law.

Wellness
As an employee at SU, you are entitled to wellness and wellness allowance. For more information about wellness and how to apply for wellness allowance, see the employee web. Make sure that your documentation is complete according to the information on SU´s Staff pages: Wellness
We would like to clarify that the ‘Friskvårdskortet’ is not an approved activity and nothing you can use the wellness allowance for. We would also like to remind you that a wellness activity that does not include exercise may cost a maximum of SEK 1000.

Lecture theatres:
Lecture theatres are booked by the Education Administration via kursadmin.publichealth@su.se. See info on the Athena page ‘Teachers at PHS’ under ‘Course management’ - Schedules and classrooms.
Cancellation after 60 days before the booked time will be charged with 50%.
Cancellation after 30 days before the booked time will be charged at 100%.
There are different types of classrooms at Albano - lecture theatres (32, 48 or 64 people), ALC rooms, computer rooms, group rooms and auditoriums.

Reimbursement of medicines:
Starting with the 2025 reimbursement of medicines, we will only reimburse medicines once a year, i.e. in January and February (2026). The only exception is if the employee terminates their employment or goes on long leave. We will then pay the reimbursement in connection with the termination, provided that the employee submits the documentation by the last day of employment. You can find your payslip in Primula. Log in to Primula and click on ‘Lönespecifikation’ in the menu on the left. There you can also see previous payslips.

Sickness and health notifications are made by each employee in Primula. If you are ill for more than 7 days, you need a doctor's certificate.

Taxi service:
There is currently no tendered contract.
- The use of services such as Uber, Bolt or similar companies for business travel is not permitted.
- Taxi contracts will be tendered. Until then, air taxis can be booked via personalised service at Amex GBT. Other taxi journeys are booked directly with the taxi companies (not Uber, Bolt and similar).
- Reimbursement for the taxi journey is requested via a receipt in Primula
