How to clame reimbursement

According to the conditional agreement Chapter 12. 7 §, a request for reimbursement for medicines may only be made on one occasion for each individual calendar year.

A summary of medicines that have been taken during the year must be submitted to the Payroll Section no earlier than December of the current year and no later than 31 January of the following year. The reimbursement will be paid in connection with the January and February salary payments.

The amount you are applying for in medicine reimbursement is the amount stated under ”inom egenavgift/förmån” in the extract from E-hälsomyndigheten.

  1. Go to Läkemedelskollen on the Swedish eHealth Agency's website and log in with your bank ID.
  2. Under the menu, select ”Recept och högkostnadsskydd” and then ”Visa dokument”. Close the box and scroll down to Högkostnadsskydd and click on the link ”Öppna högkostnadsskydd (pdf)".
  3. Under ”Välj tidsperiod för utskriften” – click on ”Valfri period” and enter the whole year, i.e. 1 January to 31 December. This is important in order to include the whole year's supply of medicines.
  4. Click on download printout.
  5. Save as a PDF and label with your personal identification number.
  6. E-mail the digital document to loneadm@pa.su.se.

Upon termination of employment, the request for reimbursement must be received by the Payroll Section no later than your last day of employment. You can only be reimbursed for medicines purchased during your employment at Stockholm University.
