Work environment and equal terms

Stockholm University shall be characterised by a safe, stimulating and sustainable working environment. All employees and students shall be treated equally and in a respectful manner. A good and sustainable work environment requires that we all actively participate and together create an inclusive organisation that benefits us all. Equal opportunities is a collective term for promoting equal rights and opportunities for all employees and students regardless of gender, gender identity or gender expression, ethnicity, religion or other belief, disability, sexual orientation or age.

Work environment representatives

The Swedish work environment legislation is based on the employer being responsible for the work environment and co-operating with their employees to achieve a good work environment. The workers' representatives are the work environment representatives.

The department’s work environment representatives are Ulrika Olsson and Viviane Schultz Straatmann. The work environment representatives are bound by confidentiality and can be contacted if you have questions or concerns regarding the physical or psychosocial work environment at PHS.
