All documents relating to external research funding must be officially registered, in their original form, at the Department of Public Health Sciences. The documents should be submitted to Head of Department and Yvonne Handin: prefekt.publichealth@su.se and yvonne.handin@su.se

Publish with Open Access

According to Stockholm University’s policy on Open science, scientific publications and other research results should, as far as possible, be published with open access and in line with the FAIR principles:

Funding for Open Access

Many publishers charge a publication fee (article processing charge, APC) when you want to publish an article with Open access. As a researcher at Stockholm University, you usually do not need to pay any publication fee, as these are centrally funded by the university through the library. In other cases, you may be eligible for a reduced fee.

On SU´s Staff pages, you can search for journals and publishers where you can publish open access free of charge, and read about the conditions set by the Stockholm University Library (SUB) for funding your OA publication:

DiVA

If you are an (co-)author of a publication and it is stated in the publication that you are affiliated with (the Department of Public Health Sciences) at Stockholm University, the publication must be registered in the Digital Scientific Archive, DiVA.

Normally, you register your publication in DiVA yourself. But if you have questions or need help, if for example your publication is missing in DiVA, you can contact Håkan Soold, who is responsible for registration in DiVA at our department. Email hakan.soold@su.se
