Register your publications in DiVA

You must provide accurate information when you publish and register your publications in DiVA (in cases where the library does not automatically retrieve your publication activity) so that the bibliometric analyses at Stockholm University are correct.

Register your publications in DiVA

Researchers at Stockholm University must register their publication activity in DiVA. This includes everything from popular science writings and books to scientific articles and monographs (President’s decision 2006-06-09, Dnr SU 301-1350-05).

Metadata for publications in journals indexed in Web of Science and Scopus are automatically imported into DiVA (about 2,500 publications annually). If your articles are included in Web of Science or Scopus, you do not need to register them manually. All other written work must be registered manually in DiVA to ensure that the bibliometric analyses are accurate.

In cases where you need to register your publication in DiVA, you should always provide the exact same information as in the publication.

The library is responsible for collecting data and analyzing the scientific activities. The library also develop measurement methods in line with digital developments. Read more about the analyses conducted at Stockholm University under Bibliometrics and Publication Analysis.
