Coffee- and watermachines

Stockholm University has a procured agreement for coffee and water machines. This page provides an overview of what is included in the agreement and how to proceed with placing an order.

The procured supplier is Jobmeal. The agreement covers both machines and service.

About the machines

You can choose between new and refurbished coffee and water machines. The same service and delivery terms apply regardless of which option you choose.

What is included in the agreement

The agreement covers both machines and service. It includes:

  • delivery and replenishment of coffee, tea and other consumables
  • delivery and replenishment of carbon dioxide cylinders
  • servicing and maintenance of the machines
  • handling of coffee grounds as food waste.

At installation, the supplier sets up an initial stock of consumables. This means that the first invoice may be slightly higher than subsequent invoices.

Ordering and agreement

Contact the supplier by email as a first step. Email is used for requests for a quote, an overview of the range, or an agreement. Meetings or site visits can then be arranged if needed.

If an agreement already exists

If your department already has an agreement for coffee and water machines, that agreement must expire before you enter into a new agreement.

Additional support when selecting a solution

Before placing an order, you can receive support from the supplier to help you choose the most suitable solution. This may include

  • a needs analysis to identify the appropriate type of machine
  • adaptation of the coffee and tea selection
  • a site visit to assess placement and installation.
