Do you organise meetings, conferences or events for your department or administrative unit? Join us on 29 September for a breakfast meeting, including a tour of Aula Magna’s conference facilities and information about the services offered by Akademikonferens.
Aula Magna offers facilities for everything from small meetings to large events. During the tour, you will see the different spaces and learn more about how they can be used.
You will also meet representatives from Akademikonferens, who will explain the services they offer and how your department or administrative unit can engage them to help with all or part of the conference planning. Take the opportunity to ask questions and get advice on upcoming events.
There are 25 places, available on a first-come, first-served basis. The registration deadline is 22 September.
