Feasibility study on the use of AI tools in administration and management
Have you ever wondered whether it’s appropriate to use AI tools for work, and if so, which ones are the most suitable? A new feasibility study is now underway to start clarifying these questions.
Stockholm University is conducting a feasibility study to develop a coordinated strategy for the use of AI tools in administration and management. The background to the project is an increasing need for structure, guidance and security around digital tools, particularly in relation to AI and GDPR.
The study is led by Pernilla Hjort from IT Services, in close collaboration with IT coordinators, AI coordinators, and representatives from communications, legal affairs, and other parts of the organisation. The work will continue throughout the summer.
The goal is to deliver a recommendations report, tool suggestions, and supporting material to provide further guidance. IT Services plays a key role in the process, ensuring information security and technical sustainability.
