Last chance to register for Innovation Day on 17 June
At Innovation Day at Stockholm University, you’ll meet researchers who have taken the step from idea to innovation. One of them is evolutionary biologist Rike Stelkens, who has used her research on wild yeast from Patagonia to create an entirely new kind of beer.
At this year’s Innovation Day, taking place on 17 June at Campus Albano, Rike Stelkens’ colleague Jennifer Molinet will present their innovation journey. She will showcase samples of the unique yeast and even the bark from Patagonia where it was discovered. It’s a rare opportunity to see how basic research can lead to innovation and new business ideas.
