Employees at Stockholm University have access to, free of charge, participate at SSIF's group activities in Frescatihallen. Below you will find information on how to participate and the schedule for the autumn activities.
Register via a form
To be able to participate in the various free exercise classes for university staff organised by SSIF in Frescatihallen, you need to register via a form on the SSIF website or via the SSIF app (GoActive). You must also become/be a member of the SSIF – read about the accident insurance of SEK 50 annually further down the page.
After registration, SSIF staff will check that you are on the list of employees and you will then be given login details so that you can register for the individual classes via the SSIF app. The same applies to PhD students who are not employed at the university (SSIF may request a certificate or confirmation from the department).
To participate a free exercise class
Participation in all classes must be booked in advance, either via the SSIF's website or via the SSIF's app (from the App Store or Play Store). You also check in to the class via the app. The class must be cancelled no later than 3 hours before the class and is easily done via the website or app.
