Report incident
The IA system (work environment information system) is the University’s system for the digital reporting of incidents at work, incidents on the way to or from the workplace, occupational injuries, crimes, occupational illness and environmental deviations.
Employees are covered by occupational injury insurance from AFA Insurance which is the owner of IA system.
Reporting in the IA System
As an employee or student, you can report incidents (near miss), accidents, commuting accidents, work-related illness, environment incident, property/security as well as safety observation to the IA system via app or web page. If you need to file a police report, you also use the IA system.
When you report a case in the IA system, your manager and the safety representative are informed. The safety representative and work environment representative are automatically informed of the incident as well.
Reporting via IA app
To report an incident via the IA app, you first need to download the app on your mobile phone from Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone). Then, you need to log in manually with the following information:
- User/Användare: SUapp
- Password/Lösenord: Februari2022
Login for managers and safety representatives
Login to the IA system as head of department/manager/director, or safety representative.
