According to Stockholm University's crisis plan, each department/unit must have a developed crisis plan. The crisis plan should clearly specify who is responsible for what in the event of a serious incident.
If you need help and support in developing this plan, contact the Security Function.
If you have a crisis management organisation in place, the Security Function can also help you run exercises to test how well your organisation works.
