Canvas drop-in support sessions
As part of the introduction of Canvas at Stockholm University, support is offered in the form of open sessions via Zoom. You can join while the Canvas drop-in session is open and receive practical support and answers to Canvas-related questions based on your needs.
When you join the Zoom meeting:
- raise your virtual hand to join the queue
- when it is your turn, you will be moved to a breakout room where you will receive help.
Examples of questions you can ask during the drop-in session:
- How can I make my course more interactive?
- Students cannot see a video – what should I do?
- Which tools are available for making learning materials accessible?
