The Property Management Office co-ordinates and manages all matters relating to the University's premises and is the primary point of contact for property matters.

The Property Management Office co-ordinates all matters relating to the University's premises. Any faults or damage to the premises should be reported directly via the Service Portal.

Once a case is received, the Property Management Office will handle it either through direct contact with the property owner or through internal handling. The status of the fault report can be followed via the Service Portal.
