Price list, billing and information on centrally managed classrooms
For centrally managed classrooms, a charge is made for their use. The internal hourly rate is based on the size of the room (in terms of number of seats), which means that rooms of the same size have the same price.
For rentals to external customers, a specific price list applies.
Charging, cancellation and rebooking policies
When you book and use centrally managed rooms for teaching, you will be charged for the room for the time booked.
Calendar restriction and opening the booking
On the 5th Monday of each term at 9:00 AM, the opportunity to book central lecture halls opens for the term one year ahead. This means that from that date, you can book the current term plus future terms.
Rules and information for centrally managed premises
To ensure efficient use of the facilities, bookings should be made on even days from 08:00. The start time must always be a full hour. Rooms must be vacated five minutes before the end of the booking.
Please note the University's opening hours when booking central facilities!
There are screens in selected areas of the Frescati and Albano campuses showing the timetable of rooms. On every centrally managed room in Frescati (and outside many departmental rooms) there is a QR code that allows you to easily check the room schedule for the next 5 hours. Please note that if there is a disagreement about who can use the room, the schedule in TimeEdit will prevail.
Statistics page
In TimeEdit's self-service interface, staff input, there is a search page for schedules that is specifically set up to retrieve raw data on bookings (e.g. hourly rate of booked rooms, length of booking, etc.) in order to create your own reports or summaries using Excel.
