On the morning of 9 March, employees will receive an email inviting them to respond to this year's employee survey. Responses may be submitted until 29 March, and the questions cover three areas:
- Working environment and stress
- Leadership
- Harassment, sexual harassment, offensive treatment, as well as threats and hate.
Doctoral students will also be asked questions about their work and study situation.
“Our working environment is essential for our well-being and for us to be able to contribute to our work in the best possible way. It is crucial that many people respond to the survey so that we can develop the working environment at departments and administrative offices, and I strongly encourage everyone to take the opportunity to participate in the survey,” says Anna Jutterdal, head of HR-office.
How the results will be used
The overall results will be presented to the university management and the Work Environment Committee (RALV).
The results for departments will be presented to employees later this spring. The responses to the survey will provide an overview of areas where the working environment may need improvement and further work at departments and administrafive offices.
The results for the section on doctoral students' work and study situation will be handled at the Office of Human Science and the Office of Science.
