Stockholm University turns 150 years – preparations have begun
Preparations for Stockholm University’s 150th anniversary 2028 are now underway. A steering committee and an operational working team have been appointed
During 2028, we will highlight our history, present, and future – as well as the development that has shaped us into a modern university. The anniversary year is expected to be filled with celebration, optimism for the future, and a sense of community, with activities that engage and inspire.
