New purchasing routine at the SU shop

From 1 January, a new routine will apply for purchases at the SU shop. Going forward, it will be easier to track orders and accounting transactions.

All transactions must, from 1 January 2025, be approved and signed in Raindance by the decision approver. Accounting transactions will no longer be charged automatically.

To make it easier to track accounting transactions, the SU shop will use the departments' project numbers instead of customer numbers.
