Stockholm Partner Days 2025

Are you attending the EAIE 2025 Conference in Gothenburg, Sweden in September? Why not extend your journey and experience the best of Stockholm before the conference?

Stockholm University and KTH Royal Institute of Technology are organising the joint event Stockholm Partner Days, taking place 4–6 September 2025. You are warmly welcome to join the event.

It is just a three-hour train ride between Stockholm's and Gothenburg's city centres, or a one-hour flight between the main airports. This event offers an exceptional opportunity to connect with leading academic institutions in Stockholm, explore Sweden's vibrant capital, and prepare for EAIE with meaningful dialogue and networking.

Overview of our suggested programme

Day 1: Thursday, September 4 at KTH

• 12:30-13:15: Coffee and Check-in
• 13:30 – 14:30: Welcome session
• 14:30 – 15:15: Coffee break “Fika” / KTH-Campus tour
• 15:30 – 17:00: Higher Education in Sweden - Stockholm as Study Destination
• 17:30 – 20:30: Mingle and Welcome dinner

Day 2: Friday, September 5 at SU

• 09:00 Welcome to Stockholm University
• 09:15-10:15 Stockholm University
• 10:15-11:15 Workshop
• 11:15-12:00 Fika to go and guided campus tour
• 12:30-13:30 Lunch at “Fakultetsklubben”
• Afternoon Programme at the department/International Office

Day 3: Saturday, September, 6 (Optional)

• Half-day Enjoy a guided tour of Stockholm.
