The quality evaluation system
The quality evaluation system in education at Stockholm University consists of six areas. The implementation of regular educational reviews is one part of the quality system.
Educational reviews
Educational reviews are conducted on a six-year cycle for the undergraduate and postgraduate level, and on a six-year cycle for the doctoral level.
Procedural Rules
The document Handläggningsordning sets out the tasks of the departments:
- How to produce educational reports.
- How to appoint the members of the review teams
- How to compose of the review teams
- The tasks of the review teams
- The role of the individual reviewer
- What can be the basis for the review
- How the results of the review should be taken care of in the Human Science area.
Time schedule
As a rule, the process starts with a kick-off meeting. It takes place in the middle of the autumn term preceding the actual review date.

Quality reports
The Board of Human Science and the Board of Science annually invite the President to a quality dialogue on education. The annual quality report is used as the basis for the conversation.
