Description
In order to comply with the Act (SFS 2010:1011) on Flammable and Explosive Goods and the Ordinance (SFS 2010:1075) as well as related regulations from the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency, a checklist has been developed for control of the handling.
The checklist has been developed as a support for the flammable goods controller, to facilitate control and documentation of the institutions' handling of flammable and explosive goods.
Introduction
The Act covers the handling, transfer, import and export of flammable and explosive goods, as well as preparatory and subsequent measures required with regard to the risk of fire and explosion and the consequences of a fire or explosion.
The purpose of the Act is to prevent, prevent and limit accidents and damage to life, health, the environment and property that may occur as a result of fire or explosion caused by flammable or explosive goods.
The law also aims to prevent unauthorised practices with these goods. Systematic control and documentation are of great importance for the safe handling of flammable and explosive goods at Stockholm University.
