Crisis plan
The crisis plan at Stockholm University establishes a cohesive and clearly defined central crisis management structure and outlines procedures for responses to serious incidents.
The purpose of the emergency plan is also to clarify the need for local emergency plans and to support the heads of departments, directors reporting directly to the dean and/or office managers within the Stockholm University administration in their work to establish local emergency organisations and plans for their respective activities based on an authority-wide structure.
The plan is also intended to clarify the requirement for local crisis plans and to serve as support for heads of departments, directors reporting directly to the dean, and/or administrative managers at Stockholm University in establishing local crisis organisation and plans for their respective areas, based on a unified organisational structure.
Crisis planning is part of the university's strategies for preventing and managing unforeseen events. In addition to crisis planning, continuity planning and risk management are essential components of this work.
