Salary review 2025 and 2026

Information about the salary review at Stockholm University.

There are three employee organisations at Stockholm University with which the Swedish Agency for Government Employers has signed central agreements: Saco-S, OFR/S and Seko. These agreements form the framework for the local salary process at the university.

The university has signed the following local agreements:

  • Saco-S: A local one-year agreement applies to employees represented by Saco-S. The goal is to sign a permanent agreement in the future, in line with the central RALS-T agreement. The agreement is valid until 30 September 2026, with a review date of 1 October 2025.
  • OFR/S: A local agreement for the entire agreement period has been signed, in accordance with the central agreement. The agreement is valid from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2027, with review dates of 1 October 2025 and 1 October 2026.
  • Seko: A local agreement for the entire agreement period has been signed, in accordance with the central agreement. The agreement is valid from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2027, with review dates of 1 October 2025 and 1 October 2026.

Salary review on October 1, 2025

For this year's salary review, the review date is October 1, 2025. Managers are advised to offer their employees a salary review meeting preceding a salary review.

New individual salaries in the 2025 salary review will be paid in connection with the salary payment on 23 December 2025, with retroactive effect from 1 October 2025.

Date for signing the agreement

Stockholm University has signed an agreement on new salaries in the 2025 salary review.

  • Saco-S (incl. unorganised): 27 November
  • OFR/S: 1 December
  • Seko: 27 November

New salary for doctoral students in 2025 and 2026 finalised 2025-11-25.
