Ballet

The beginner ballet class is for adults with no prior experience, teaching the basics of ballet and offering a feel for ballet dancing. The class starts with slow exercises and gradually increases in speed and complexity.

BodyBalance®

Mix of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. Carefully structured series of movements and positions with controlled breathing to modern music. Gives you improved flexibility, balance and strength.

BodyCombat®

Martial arts inspired cardio workout with punches and kicks.

BodyJam®

At BodyJam we dance to the latest hits. Simple house, Latin and hip-hop tunes are followed by two longer, more intense dance blocks that will get you moving. BodyJam is an energetic cardio workout for those who love to dance.

BodyPump®

This workout makes it easy for you to get started with strength training and the effective exercises mean you'll see results quickly. Perfect for both men and women who want to work out their body in an hour.

Contemporary Dance

The class starts with a warm-up, followed by sequences to improve coordination and body awareness, and finishes with expressive choreography. Each week blends technique, strength, flexibility, and varied choreography, suitable for all levels.

Curam Recovery®

The session focuses on recovery. Training with Curam's massage cups helps release tension, increase flexibility, improve circulation, and accelerate recovery. You will apply the cups yourself, and we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing. Since the cups affect muscle tissue, bruising may occur after the session.

Les Mills Core™

A 30-minute workout that focuses on strengthening the core. With resistance bands, weight plates, and bodyweight exercises, it targets the muscles around the core to improve stability, posture, and overall performance. The class is suitable for all fitness levels with options for everyone.

Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact exercise that strengthens the core, improves flexibility, and promotes body alignment through controlled movements and deep breathing. Choose comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement.

Yoga

Yoga is a practice that unites the body, mind, and breath, promoting strength, flexibility, and inner peace. Through various styles, you can explore movement, deepen your awareness, and find balance in your life. The classes in Flow Yoga, Hatha Flow Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga are suitable for all levels, with options and guidance throughout. When you book your class, you will receive a detailed description of the class.
